Our condo renovation was a very stressful process, but luckily the least stressful part was working with Zeev and Vitalii. We were given a four to six weeks estimate and they completed the renovation in four weeks and two days, which is great and we are very happy with the result.

It was a really great experience – from the very beginning when we meat Zeev for the first time, and all the way through the end, when we had our handshakes upon the project’s completion. Every aspect of the project, each step in it, every detail, question, requests, suggestion, changes, additions – all was so easy to communicate. Knowledge about condo’s rules, their specifics, readiness to follow each and all of those requirements, friendly chats, help and advise – all that was a norm during the project.

Zeev and his team transformed our unfinished, 600 sq foot basement into a fantastic family room/playroom, laundry space, three piece bathroom (complete with a custom shower) and storage room! We are truly impressed with the end product and, perhaps just as important, cannot say enough good things about Zeev and his team!! Our family of four (including a three year old and an infant) lived in the home throughout. Everyone that entered our home was easy to deal with, friendly and professional! They really went the extra mile to make sure that we were comfortable at all points of the reno. Everything from start to finish was well coordinated and nothing was ever made to be a big deal! I highly recommend using CSG! In fact, I have already recommended them to a neighbour and my own sister!

Fabulous group of guys. Zeev was easy to talk to, planned the project, and initiated as he promised. Would highly recommend.

They replaced our soffits and fascia and did an excellent job. It took months for them to come out. I called in June and the work was done in December. The folks they contracted to do the gutters weren’t the best at following directions, but they fixed that up. The things I appreciated most were how good the work was and that the folks who were doing the work were great, decent people, the sort you don’t mind having on your property at all. They trimmed back dead branches from a tree too. I recommend them; you just need patience.

CSG Renovation was great to deal with. They were professional and efficient. We renovated our entire condo and exceeded our expectations. The workmanship is second to none. All the tiling and trim work is meticulous, the custom kitchen is spectacular and the carpentry on the built in wall unit is perfect. Zeev was easy to deal with, and I would definitely recommend them!

After searching for months for a contractor to renovate our condo and coming up short, we were about to give up. We decided to reach out to one last company for a quote. And we are so glad we did. From the beginning, Zeev was available to answer our questions, provide his advice, and share some considerations. He was patient with us as we finalized our condo renovations and made sure we had all the documents we needed to submit to our condo board. We ripped everything out…floors, doors, door frames, popcorn ceiling, kitchen. We wanted to transform our condo into our home and Zeev and his team definitely did that for us. In a nutshell: Zeev and his team are amazing to work with. Very professional, courteous, and honest. Zeev and his team were also able to role with the punches as we added minor changes to the renovation plans, remaining on budget and on time. After the renovations finished, the condo was cleaned top to bottom, making it move in ready for us. Another highlight of Zeev and his team: they were available to come by and do a few touch-ups after we had moved in. Its the finishes and attention to detail that is really outstanding. We are so so happy to be in our home. And we cannot wait to work with Zeev and his team again…..we still have 2 bathrooms that need a facelift!
