Zeev and his crew did a wonderful job in our basement. They kept the work area clean the whole time. They were professional and always worked with a smile. We shopped around comparing quotes from different contractors. There are many good contractors out there who could do a nice job. But we went with CSG because Zeev was easy to talk to. You ask a question, you get a straight simple answer. We don’t have any experience with renovation work but Zeev and his crew walked us through the process. Knowing we’re under a very tight budget, there was no pressure or “sales talk” from them to go for more expensive options. We hired CSG to finish our basement. They started on time, deliveries were made per schedule and every single trade showed up when they were supposed to. The job was done in 3 weeks with everything to our satisfaction. When we weren’t sure what to do, Zeev was able to steer us in the right direction, helping us pick out floors, paint color and floor plan. All the workers were courteous and polite while in our home. At the end of the project, the company hired professional industrial cleaners to clean up our newly renovated condo, which was included in the contract. The CSG crew are fully aware and up to date with Ontario condominium policies and rules and they respected every single aspect of the condo policy act. We were so happy with his and his team’s work that we immediately contacted him again for the new house renovations and we have 0 regrets! Him and his team are very professional, they came on time and finished everything in 4 weeks! Our basement is gorgeous, the work is professional and flawless. We had several setbacks because there is a shortage of supply during Covid, Zeev was able to quickly find a solution and recommend replacements that did not result in any delays and the basement was finished right on time. Me and my husband did some serious research trying to find the perfect company to do our complete condo renovation. I hired Zeev and his team to renovate my condo unit. The building is 25 years old so it was in need of some major modernization. I was very happy with the work CSG did and have already recommended them to a number of friends looking to do condo renos. They were respectful of condo building rules and completed the renos on time (5-6 weeks). They removed and replaced the existing flooring, got rid of partition walls, installed drywall, smoothed out the popcorn ceiling, redid the kitchen and bathroom, and raised the ceiling in the kitchen. They also made great recommendations on cabinet makers and countertop installers, which I was both very thrilled with.

We were looking to get our basement finished and before that we went through our due diligence in choosing the right Contractor for it. I guess me and my husband spoke to about 10-12 contractors before we zeroed in on Zeev. Right from day 1, Zeev was hands on. He gave us an estimate which was close to reality and was practical. He actually knew what he was saying before quoting us. We actually really liked Zeev and he stood out from the other contractors because he made us feel that our questions were answered genuinely.

Then work started and he said they would be in and out in 4-6 weeks and thats exactly what happened. He promised strict COVID-19 protocols would be followed by his team and they were followed at all times

Workmanship and Finishes
I am soo happy and proud to say that I couldn’t have been happier with the work done by Zeev and his team. He has been accommodating with our last minute changes as well. I would also especially like to mention Vitaly from Zeev’s team who is kind and generous and helped us out till the very last day. His work is absolutely brilliant. Andre was phenomenal for the electrical work done in our basement. Finishes are absolutely world class and look brilliant. I’ve gotten my dream basement and washroom thanks to CSG. I couldve give 12 stars if there was an option for this.
I recommend CSG Renovations highly for all your projects and will always go back to them for further renovations. We would recommend them to our friends and family too! Kudos Zeev and Team!
