I first heard about CSG Construction Solutions Group (also CSG Renovation) by reading reviews on Homestars. Im a very particular and decisive person. I know what I want, have high expectations and recognize and expect quality. I took me many months and filtered through a lot of contractors to research and investigate the right fit for doing my condo renovation (bathrooms first, then my kitchen). I wanted someone experienced in working on condos as there is a lot more complications and red tape involved, and this experience stood out when I first talked to Zeev of CSG Construction Solutions Group. I did extensive research on the finalists including researching who was behind the references as many are fake, related and/or work for/with the contractor. I found Zeev to be legitimate and in meeting with him could sense a quiet confidence in answering all my questions and requests and knew he would take care of creating my vision of a vintage inspired bathroom come to life. CSG offered fair pricing, the flexibility for me to go out and find my own finishing’s for my look and they worked efficiently to meet the deadline on time of the promised project date. All the workers they sent, worked hard, were on time, polite, respectful and took pride in their work. I could see there was a pride of craftmanship that shows the quality of their work and with communication they got it right if I found something out of place or I wanted an adjustment. My bathroom turned out awesome and it exceeded expectations. Others give you lip service and I went with my gut and glad I did as the proof show in my pictures before and after (attached). I will be calling on CSG for my kitchen project and telling everyone I know to call CSG for their reno. Recommended if you don’t want to be disappointed and picky.

The construction solution group led by ZEEV did an amazing job of re-creating our entire basement. Our 800 square-foot basement was transformed to a beautiful functional two bedroom, a pantry and laundry room. The skill and professionalism of every member of the team was impressive. After the initial interview we knew we had found our contractor after interviewing for other candidates. Zeev’s suggestions along with our plans combine to form a great starting point. His creativity and problem-solving skills were integral in the successful completion of the project. He and his team started the project and finished on time even with us asking them to complete a shower install and redoing the drywall in our kitchen due to previous water damage. Zeev stayed on budget and if we wanted to upgrade any of our original choices he provided us with pricing very quickly. The entire team was very respectful of our home and went out of their way even in bad weather or drywalling work to keep our home as neat and clean as possible. We also enjoyed the fact that none of the members smoked anywhere near our property, which we appreciated. We are so pleased with our new addition and would highly recommend Construction Solutions Group to anymore for their general contracting needs.

A few years ago It was time to downsize my in-laws, so my wife and I started searching for a condo. We purchased a newly renovated condo not far from their old home. My in-laws and my wife and I fell in love at how beautifully renovated it was. All the finishes were top quality with the workmanship being top notch, no corners cut here. The more I visited the more impressed I became with the choice and workmanship of the flooring, tiles, crown molding, kitchen cabinets, kitchen counter, pot lighting, under counter lighting, vanities, toilets, doors, appliances …. the list could go on. It was A Home Run!
I was so impressed that when we decided it was time for a reno of my own home I contacted the real estate agent of our in-law’s condo to find the name of the contractor who did the reno work. This is when I meet Zeev and the CSG renovations crew. Zeev meet with us to go over our renovation project and laid out timelines. I was looking for someone to handle the entire renovation from start to finish and he did not disappoint. Zeev and his crew are a stickler for detail and treated our renovation as if they were working on their own homes. They showed up on time, went straight to work and cleaned up after themselves. Zeev communicated next steps in the reno until it was completed. Our reno included, new hardwood stairs, stainless steel and glass railings, completely renovated new kitchen, pot lighting, undercounter lighting, crown molding, painting of the entire house, ceiling fixtures etc. Zeev not only came in on time and on budget but delivered the same beautiful results we were hoping for, another Home Run!
Friends, neighbours and family have already asked for the name and number of who did our reno for their own projects and it’s nice to be able to recommend someone without hesitation.
We are now planning another complete renovation of another family condo and have already started planning the project with Zeev.

Once this condo reno is done our basement is next!!!
